This is a full color document that can be printed nicely in color or in black and white.
This is a four page (2 pages front to back) document on regular-size typing paper. It must be run front to back and then placed in order to create a newspaper feel. To round out the true feeling of reading a newspaper, tape the two pages together in the center and then fold them in half. Fold in half one more time so that only the top half of page one is showing. This will create a newspaper effect.
Another idea is to run the pages front to back and then place them in sheet protectors. This will allow for students to reuse them from time to time. To create additional durability, you could also adhere them to a manila folder. This will provide added strength due to repeated use.
The TEKS Tribune is designed to accompany the Teach BIG Editing and Revising seminar. If you are interested in learning more about this training, please call 281–549–4466. You can also visit our website at teachbig.com
