Letter Readers are part of the Teach BIG Sights and Sounds Phonics curriculum, following a structured sequence that groups high-frequency letters—each group including at least one vowel—to help K–3rd grade and struggling readers form words quickly and focus on individual letter sounds. Based on the Science of Reading, the books use color-coded letters (blue for consonants, red for vowels), include real and made-up words, and support learning 44 phonemes and 75 graphemes; the scope and sequence can be downloaded for free.
