Coloration Annotations are reading selections based on corresponding Social Studies TEKS combined with grammar habits in Language Arts. After reading the selections for each SS TEKS, students experience annotating grammar skills. This is an excellent way to tackle the SS TEKS while working on grammar tasks as well.
