In this item, you will find several of the 315 Dolch High Frequency words, and where they fit in to the Teach Big Scope and Sequence as letter sounds are introduced. Memorization is not required to be a great reader of words letter sounds is! 

These high frequency booklets are paramount when introducing new letter sounds, and understanding that the words can be sounded out and not solely memorized. These books can be used in small groups, and learning stations, individually, and as take-home materials.

Notice that not all 20 groups have high frequency words within them. That is because not all groups, entertain additional high frequency words from the Dolch list.  Over the course of all 20 groups, all 315 Dolch words can be sounded out, with the exceptions of the few outliers. Please see the outliers booklet for those.
